Sarah is a qualified registered Nutritional Therapist practitioner and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).

How can nutritional therapy help you?

Nutritional therapy uses an evidence-based approach to create unique nutritional and lifestyle plans to improve your health goals.

Nutritional therapy looks at the whole person, not just individual symptoms. This means looking at your food diary, lifestyle, stress, sleep, genes and environment during the first consultation.

Using evidence-based scientific research in nutrition, and an assessment of your symptoms, Sarah creates a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

She works with functional testing and sometimes supplements to cover imbalances.

Sarah will coach you to make your nutrition and lifestyle plan part of daily life and break through the barriers that hold you back.

Nutritional therapy can support you with:

Weight management: weight loss / weight gain, cravings and blood sugar management

Immune system health: Colds and flus, cold sores, low energy, Auto Immunity

Digestive problems: if you suffers from IBS, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea

Manage Stress: Anxiety, depression, stress
